The festival week at Hotspot 29 has begun

From 8 to 14 June 2026, the collaborative project “Networked Diversity on the SchatzKüste” will be celebrating biodiversity between the Rostock Heath and West Rügen for a whole week. Through 18 events, the team will vividly demonstrate what has been happening in the region over the past six years.

In addition to field days for farmers, public guided tours of the beach ecosystem or the red-light lamps in Ahrenshoop, the eight organisations behind the joint project have prepared numerous other events. The highlight will be the festival on Saturday 13 June from 11am to 5pm at the NABU Crane Worlds, featuring information stands, refreshments and excursions.
