Cranes live

Anyone who was at the Kranorama this morning was able to witness the natural spectacle of the cranes' spring resting live. There are currently over 1000 cranes on the meadows in front of the platform. On top of that there is free sunshine.

The cranes are wrestling, dancing and trumpeting. New flocks arrive, others take off- the whole deal!

A pleasant shiver even runs down the spine of a long-time crane-watcher. It is simply fascinating.
