Blacky was seen at the KRANORAMA

"Blacky" one of three cranes that were marked with a GPS-tag in 2013 in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is now in the region of the Darß-Zingster Bodden chain and Rügen island.

 

Yesterday the male, seven year old crane was seen in front of the KRANORAMA. Since several years he has migrated to South-Sweden in spring, where he spends the summer. So far he is alone and not breeding.

 

You can notice him by the colour ring-combination: yellow - blue - blue (left) and red - green - blue (right).
