At last, it’s that time of year again
On Tuesday 1 September, just in time for the calendar start of autumn, KRANORAMA reopened its doors to all crane enthusiasts. Until 26 October, visitors can now watch the ‘birds of happiness’ feeding every day from 9 am to 6 pm. There’s plenty of jostling and trumpeting. Our rangers are on hand to share their expert knowledge and help you with your birdwatching. On the very first afternoon, over 300 cranes made the most of the scattered maize as a tasty treat.
After watching the cranes, you’re welcome to pay a visit to the NABU Crane Worlds opposite the KRANORAMA. Many interesting experiences await you both indoors and outdoors, including our young cranes, Ida and Michel. Afterwards, the bistro invites you to linger a while. You can find the opening hours for NABU-Kranichwelten here.
A warm welcome to the KRANORAMA and the NABU-Kranichwelten!
